By accessing or using the Bloom website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or enquiry.
1. Services
Bloom provides decoration and event styling services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
2. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment as agreed. The remaining balance must be settled before or on the event date.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
4. Liability
Bloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
